We have made a lot of changes to the #97 machine over the past few weeks. After a rain out on this past Saturday, the decision was made final that we will run this Set-up through the rest of this season.
Once agian I will clarify a few things for a few people that have a issue with our cheating car. WE ARE NOT THERE TO POINTS RACE, AND THAT WAS NOT A PRIOITY. Back this winter I put on this site that, We are going there to WIN races, and I hope we are somewhere close in the end. That does not mean we are points racing with a 98 point lead!!!!!! As far as us winning the points and Jim Woodin not being there (which I thought Mr. Woodin already ended this) What does that say about yourself? You cant beat us but, Jim can? Once agian, Jim there or not we are going there to win races, and well, I would say we are doing just fine. With that being I really hope people can get over the fact that Matt has become a better, more aggresive racecar driver, that has a car that will compete every week.
Next thing of topic is cheating, I will just say this. I have been begging Matt all season to Soak, and this is what he tells me everytime, We dont need soak the car is really good the way it is. So With being said, if you really think we are cheating in anyway, get your tape measure and come over to the car and get any measurment you want.
One more thing and then all of this is over. We have set fast time purely becuase Matt is becoming smoother and is learing throttle control. As far as Matt being fast time becuase of a stop watch, well the track record is being set by a stop watch. TRANSPONDERS (Not really sure what a transporter is?) are a great idea, But that idea was shot down by a lot of people. My personal oppion is that the Mud Plugs made that much of a difference. Haha
With all of this being said, I believe the rumor is double features this coming Saturday. So there will be some good racing.
